Marapharm Ventures Inc. announces third tranche of Share Purchase Warrant offering.

Marapharm Ventures Inc., (“Marapharm” or the “Company”) announces subscriptions for the third tranche of the private placement offering (the “Offering”) of up to 80,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) at a price of $0.10 per Warrant. The anticipated closing date for the third tranche will close on November 21, 2017 with proceeds totaling $800,000.00 from the sale of 8,000,000 warrants. Insiders of the Company have subscribed for and will acquire the entire third tranche.

Following closing of the three tranches the Company will have combined proceeds of $3,221,965.00 from the sale of 32,219,651 Warrants. Final paperwork and regulatory filings are being completed for the remaining tranches and the final tranche is anticipated to close on December 31, 2017.

Marapharm has 1448 registered shareholders in Canada and it’s estimated that there are more than 3000 shareholders worldwide.
